Alex Rion is a native of Southeastern Michigan and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. He has been in the real estate industry for many years. As the construction superintendent with several area developers he has supervised the construction of hundreds of homes in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, as well as several condominium projects, a golf course, marina, and storage facilities. He also spent several years in property management with a national real estate management and holding company. Most importantly, Alex has experience representing home buyers and sellers in Southeastern Michigan. On a more personal note, Alex served in the United States Army, the Michigan National Guard, and is a life member of the 82nd Airborne Division Association. |
Kathryn Rion also grew up in Southeastern Michigan. She is a graduate of Saline High School and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. You might recognize her by maiden name, Kathryn (sometimes Katie) Sharley. She obtained her real estate license before graduating from college and has been involved in the industry ever since. She has spent a number of years working with top real estate agents - tracking the details of transactions, creating top-notch print marketing materials, and devising internet marketing campaigns. She has seen hundreds of happy homebuyers and sellers through the closing process. Outside of her work in real estate, Kathryn has been a life-long patron of the arts involved with local dance, theatre, and music groups. |
